Thoroughly Impressed

I needed to book a weeklong stay in Maui on fairly short notice for my family of four during President’s Week. Kevin was incredibly easy to work with. I had the unique situation of having to cancel a reservation at another (less desirable) property first, and Kevin was more than accommodating and patient in holding the week at the Ka’anapali Beach Club for me. The transaction was flawless, and Kevin maintained consistent communications with me throughout the entire process. The stay was wonderful, with memories to last a lifetime.
